Shipping policy
We hand-pour every Happy Organics candle in small batches in our Los Angeles studio, so a little care goes into your order before it ever reaches a shipping label. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Order processing
It takes between 2–4 business days to process your order. Because each candle is poured, finished, and inspected by hand, processing time covers preparing your pieces and packing them so they travel safely. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as you check out, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package is on its way.
Shipping times & carriers
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–2-5 business days. We ship via UPS and USPS, choosing the carrier based on the weight of the package and your shipping address to get your candles to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination, so you’ll always see the exact rate before you pay. Any current promotions, including free-shipping thresholds, will be applied automatically in your cart.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a couple of business days, reach out and we’ll look into it for you.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t able to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, and packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to reshipment costs. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Delays
Once your package leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and occasional delays from weather, high-volume periods, or carrier issues are outside our control. We’ll always help you track down a delayed package and work with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost or damaged packages
Our candles are shaped like real fruits and vegetables, and we pack them carefully to survive the journey. If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you can’t find it, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of any damage. We’ll make it right.
